Not having the ability to contact someone on a weekend is a bit difficult to deal with and all the last minute stuff that should have been addressed earlier for underwriting. I realize my loan officers changed but everything I told the original ones was not relayed to the new ones which were the things that came up for final underwriting. It was also an issue not having the paperwork sent to the closing attny until after we were all waiting past the time of the closing appointment. It looked really bad to the sellers and their agent made a big deal out of how she had worked with clients in the past that had used veterans united and that she tells her clients to get another lender.
