In addition to Colin, Colin's team was very accommodative and professional. Typically, supporting staff isn't highlighted like the key player; however, Rachel and Shaunece deserve recognition for their invaluable contributions as well. Globally, it was a great experience!

So once you get past the aggressive phone calls when you first dip your toes in the mix, everything is great afterwords, and would highly recommend it to any vet looking to get a house, I had tried at another local bank and they were going to charge me early payment penalties. VU was upfront about their cost and what to expect, and they have lots of great information available online and were so easy to work with, they were smooth and fast with getting things done, 30 days from excepted offer to closing!!
