Was very pleased with Veterans United. This was my first home I purchased I felt very comfortable with the process. I particularly enjoyed having a checklist with the email reminders and videos that explained the process. I would highly recommend Veterans United and if any of my friends are looking to buy I’ll recommend them.

Our loan officer, Matt Istwan, was awesome. He went over & beyond all expectations we had. Matt was always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during the entire process. I can't thank Matt enough for his help with financing our home, he made such a difference during a very stressful home search.
The overall experience was very good. I had Kody Gilbow as my loan officer and he was phenomenal! The other person that I was dealing with a lot was not very knowledgeable when if came to water requirements and tended to take awhile to get back with me unless she happen to answer the phone when I called. We completed everything and got things done as quick as possible.
This was the best experience I could have ever had home buying everybody was extremely helpful I literally felt like I had a team that all worked in conjunction with each other and anyone person could answer any question I had the staff was very knowledgeable and the whole process was a 10 out of 10 would recommend it a hundred times over

Lance is a great human being. He was terrific and tremendously helpful. He got me such a terrific deal with my home loan. I'm a cynic but Veterans United raised my spirits high. I'm so grateful for what they did for me and helping me have a home.
Our VU team was awesome- beyond the outstanding rating of 10. Rob Dycus and Erin Craig were both quick to respond to our questions and kept us informed regarding the loan process and on what was needed during each step along the way. Rob especially exceeded our expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Austin was great - it after the handoff Brenda was horrible. She would ask a question that couldn’t be answered with one of the answers she was looking for - so instead of listening to my answer she would just ask the same question again. It was continuously happening during the loan application process. She obviously didn’t know what she was doing and could only repeat the question that she felt would satisfy the underwriters. Even after all was accepted and loan was improved she send a list of utility providers which was wrong and caused me once again to waste several hours on an Easter egg hunt!
