I did not have to send my information two or three times to the loan processing team, like I had to do with other lenders. I wish I had used veterans united prior. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Veterans United made sure to make the process as stress free as possible. I had someone helping every step of the way with every step in the process. I’m a busy mom with a full time job, so having their help was extremely beneficial. Even though there were a few bumps, everyone did everything they could to get me into my home on time while moving states. It was a really good experience.
The only thing I would really suggest to make the loan and home buying process better would be to make absolutely sure that when a VA appraisal is ordered that they understand what is required of them such as taking pics of craw spaces, roof and access points. That would definitely help the process go smoother.
It is simple, Tony Stephenson is by far the best at what he does. Tony was very informative, helpful, engaging, supportive, patient, and just an all around pleasure to work with. If I called and he was on another call he always texted me promptly or called me right back. I will definitely recommend Tony to you, my friends and family.
