This was my 2nd time working with Veterans United and boy what a change, since 2014. The new portal is a convenient way of keeping up with your loan process, from start to finish. I would highly recommend VU to anyone looking to use and understand their VA benefits!!! My calls/texts were always returned in a timely manner. Chris Rohr and his team slowed down and took the time necessary to help me understand what was happening every step of the way. He helped keep my mind at ease through the stresses of buying a home for sale by owner. Let alone my first home. I know at this point in life, I am not the easiest to deal with and he made me feel I was important and valued. I could continue to write and fill this entire slot up with the praises and thanks I have for Chris.
