Travis Ward and his team were outstanding as usual!! They made sure to keep us up-to-date and well informed with the process gold stars all the way around!!

My Veterans United has to be hands down the safest place to purchase your home. The aftercare upon purchase is unbelievable. If they tell you what maybe available in the future . They'll actually follow up and provide the offer when it is available.

Clint was available instantly. We didn’t have an appointment but he got us right in and started and recommended an amazing realtor. He made the process so easy. I would recommend this group to everyone.

Everything went well. The only thing that was frustrating was so many emails from people working on it but did not have vetersnsunited email addresses. It was hard to determine if someone was trying to scam me.

My only issue came with closing costs, the first time I bought through VU there were none. This time our closing costs were 8k.

Veterans United was able to help me untangle a very difficult financial issue caused by my service connected injuries. I was not able to find anyone who could help me. Veterans United was the only one who knew how to help. Attorneys, real estate professionals, banks all told me I could forget about owning a home for a least three years. Veterans United understood the nuances of my case, and my loan officer Chet Kent knew how to help. Veterans United had online classes that explained every step of the process. What was not covered in the online lessons my loan officer explained to me thoroughly. Without Veterans United my wife and I would not be in our dream home. Thanks to Veterans United and Chet Kent our dream came true.

Veterans United Home Loans made it very easy and understanding in buying a home. They stay with you every step of the way!

Other than the slow title company this was a great experience

Joel and his team were awesome to work with! This is the second time that I have worked with Joel he really makes this stressful process a breeze. So happy with my house and experience!

I like the overall experience it was good to have a step-by-step preview of the homebuying process before it happens.
Only thing I would say that there should be a little bit more push and emphasis on the important things in the to do list, because veterans tendd procrastinate on the things that are in the size of importance
.

The entire process was amazing, and I felt very supported.
