Do your due diligence! When requesting a pre-approval for a home loan or investment property, submit the request to two or even three lenders. These request are all done electronically so once you have collected the documents for one lender uploading to one or two other lenders is easy. You can then compare rates and customer services

I had to change my closing date twice because my team didn’t have their paperwork together. They did not meet any deadlines or send the paperwork that was meant to be sent to me on time which. My loan officer kept contacting the wrong lender. No one communicated with me at all on my team.
