Austin Butler with Veterans United was an INCREDIBLE partner to work with in the purchase of our home. As first time home buyers, Austin was a fantastic resource for the myriad of questions I had throughout the process and was always available. Over a weekend where we were planning on viewing several properties but did not anticipate making any offers, Austin worked late on a Friday night to get us our pre-approval letter just in case we wanted to make an offer over the weekend (and sure enough, we did!). At closing, Austin was present to answer any last minute questions and even brought a house warming gift and card, a personal touch not expected but greatly appreciated. I can't recommend Veterans United - and Austin specifically - enough.

VU's team is efficient and aggressive to the finish insuring the highest quality in customer service to our veterans. Even with all my questions or concerns VU sincerely answered all of them and assured me all aspects for the best loan was being done. Jerry and his entire team stayed in touch, long before I was prepared. They told me what steps to take at each point. They weren't bothersome though. Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
