Evan, our loan officer, was knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to take as much time as needed to explain every step of the process in a way that made my wife and I feel confident and informed. He was outstanding! Evan truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options and felt comfortable with the decisions being made. He even took on roles outside his job description and went to bat for us by speaking to other parties involved on our behalf. Richard, our loan coordinator, was equally outstanding. He was organized, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. Anytime my wife and I had a question or needed clarification, Richard responded quickly and with clear guidance. Evan, Richard, and the rest of their team made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even enjoyable! I am very thankful for their hard work and dedication.
