Sarah was wonderful she made me feel like a person not a number if it wasn’t for her keeping me updated without me asking I would have pulled out of the deal Brett is a nice guy but the worst agent I ever dealt with he seemed to be looking out for the seller interest and himself not me I had to call for updates but he wouldn’t have any Sarah always had them if she didn’t she got back in a timely manner Brett wanted everything at his convenience he never gave any updates that I didn’t already know I would not recommend him for any veteran getting information from him was like pulling teeth I know he didn’t care because he was getting paid regardless I have no complaints about veterans united the team there was great
My team moved fast on going thru papers and letting me know what I needed ASAP. I also loved the little gift they sent us! I would love to Thank them so much for the awesome job they did and would give them 100 out of 10!

From the first phone call I made to Veterans United, Joe and his team jumped into action on my loan approval and notifying me immediately of approval. VU's team is efficient and aggressive to the finish insuring the highest quality in customer service to our veterans. Prompt, courteous and professional people who make you feel there with you every step of the way and in your corner. Even with all my questions or concerns VU sincerely answered all of them and assured me all aspects for the best loan was being done. For m y first VA experience I'm very proud to have had VU on my side.

Veterans United made the whole transition to our new home a breeze. Everyone answered all of our questions before we could even ask!
Mary was phenomenal and made sure to check in on my husband frequently to ensure we were aware of all that was occurring.
Holly was very proactive and explained everything to ensure my husband and I were aware of all of the paperwork that was needed or being completed.
Web site was very helpful. ToDo lists was helpful to track all necessary required documents.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
The only gripe I have is the to dose. I had to keep getting on the portal and there would be to dos. I never knew they were there unless I missed emails or something.
