I wanted to personally recognize Andrea. She helped us through some bumps with the title company. She went well out of her way and was always pleasant. She definitely knows how to provide remarkable service. Keep her around. She is an amazing asset. Thank you Andrea, you're great at what you do.
The only issue was communication. I was being contacted by multiple people, which is totally fine, but there were a few misunderstandings with callbacks.

We had a negative and confusing experience with another lender who was not looking out for our best interest and Nathan cleared things up for us. Once we decided to use VU we were amazed at the difference. The online portal is very easy to use yet secure and we loved getting our documents in the mail along the way as well. VU is a great at explaining things step by step when you are a first time homebuyer who does not know much about the process.
I really won twice, while ringing the bell for no more Chemotherapy. I also got to close on my dream house all at the same time!! God is so good, and thank you Veterans United for really helping and sticking with me like family! I’d recommend you guys to anyone!
