The professionalism and knowledge of the process made everything easy and mostly stress free.
My only question is what took me so long to pull the trigger and do this? I will recommend to everyone I know looking to refinance.
End result satisfactory. Process in reaching end result could be improved. I would recommend anyone considering a loan to shop around for interest rates, origination fees and fees for points.
Veterans United truly does work for Veterans. The process is quick, precise, and easy if you have your paperwork ready. The on line process is easy and keeps the process on track.

Made it possible to own a home. The portal made it so easy to get things done quick& easy when my husband and I were living in different states.
I would highly recommend Veterans United when looking for a home! They are awesome people who care about helping you find and finance a house. They check in with you occasionally to see how things are going, and that’s important.
Mr. Bo Clapp, pay him more money.
Mr. Derrick Vollrath, pay him more money. Thanks for everything guys.
Do not use them, way too much B S, more excuses for delays than should be, do yourself a favor, go with another mortgage company, you'll sleep better.
Kelly Herigon and her team assisted me every step of the way! Her team was spot on in sharing information with me, whereby it made the process very easy to follow! Thank You again for your professional assistance in helping me find and purchase my home with no hassle!
Switched representatives halfway through. Not ideal and had a hiccup but customer service was quality and quickly resolved concerns
The loan experience was easy and Veterans United loan specialists were super helpful. The only problem I had was with the home inspector. He cost me 10,000.00 in repairs. If the VA loan is only compatible with a new home, it should be known up front.
