Andy, Kayla and Trey made an amazing team to work with. I’ve spoken even with my realtor and other people involved with the sale and the feedback is that this team gives the vibe of small company teamwork and collaboration but has the backing to get the better rate. The only item I would ask is you improve full disclosure of all fees. The VA funding fee was a surprise I did not know about. It is a simple full disclosure suggestion.
