So when I reach out they immediately welcomed me in. It really did feel like we were a team buying a house. They answered all my questions, and trust me there was a lot. I was able to email, call, and even text. What company does has that many ways to reach out to people. This is why I knew I had to use my same team when I refinanced my house. They even advised me to wait a few more days after a congress meeting because interest rates would be even lower. Once again they looked out for me. Yes overall this process was a learning experience for me since it was my first home buying process. Just wish had a few more options to choose from like the 203 rehab loan. That could have help with repairs of home. Or suggest any assistance with needed home repair if buying as is.
The notary that was sent to do my closing was exceptional. She was one of the best I have worked with. David was amazing throughout the process.

Our decision to work with Veterans United was simply the best due to our personal loan specialist Jimmy Stranz with the help of Josh Carlyon and Ashley Black, or as we call them "The Dream Team"!! From the very beginning we had constant contact with everyone through emails and phone calls and never felt that we were bothering them, which was very comforting when you are moving half way across the country and are already feeling isolated.
