This is the third home I've bought and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. There was little to no communication and then things needed to be gotten to them last minute. We almost didn't close on time. The underwriter took a vacation mid deal and left us with no contact info for the new loan underwriter. The loan officer was not in any hurry to do anything and was horrible at communicating. No follow up what so ever.

We have been truly blessed by the outstanding professionalism and determination of Jeff and Shan. They spent many hours, days and then months working on our loan. They showed us sincere love and concern for us while we traveled this journey. We had many unforeseen obstacles placed in our way and they never gave up on us. They worked tirelessly to help us obtain our dream of owning a home. They prayed for us while we waited to overcome our difficult circumstances. They gave us Hope during the times that we did not see the light at the end of the tunnel. Through it all, we have been grateful that God placed Jeff and Shan in our lives. Good morning! I could not feel any MORE GRATEFUL, EXCITED, or VALUED than I do following my experience with Chris Lunn and his team. It first, started with Anna Lower in counseling me in the steps to fix any blemishes credit wise. Having her support and guidance really has changed my financial habits and broken a cycle that I took from my parents. Chris, Cooper, Gabby, Walter and Colby took it from there and really made me feel like they were buying this property with me. It goes beyond professionalism. They always kept in touch and I felt like I was talking to someone that I knew and I felt like I was heard and that they were genuine in dealing with me as a person. Huge marks for your HR staff as well for assembling the staff that Veterans United have. There is no other answer than Veterans United when someone asks me who would I seek out for their home purchase needs. Thank you so much for what this means to me and my family!

Communication is none existent missed out on first time home buyers then the first time we closed got a call 30 minutes prior to closing saying that we couldn’t close because someone didn’t do their job

This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. We worked with Morgunn during the process and it was most definitely the best first time home buying experience I think anyone could have had. From the moment she got in touch with my wife and I she made everything super easy for us! She was always so friendly to talk to, and went above and beyond to get things done quick! She was able to answer any questions we had and made this, what could have been a long hard process, fast and a piece of cake! I know you always hear about bad experiences, but you best believe my wife and I will be talking very highly about this!

The services you provide veterans should be recognized every single day. My wife and I can't express enough what a great experience it was working with Veterans United Home Loans. Each and every member of my home loan team made such a positive impact during this entire process, we couldn't have asked for more.
