They worked tirelessly to help us obtain our dream of owning a home. They prayed for us while we waited to overcome our difficult circumstances. They gave us Hope during the times that we did not see the light at the end of the tunnel. Through it all, we have been grateful that God placed Jeff and Shan in our lives. honestly Veterans United made this the most positive experience that I could ever wish for when buying my house. These people will bend over backwards to get you the best deal and to make you feel comfortable and feel like they've got your back and you can really trust them. nothing but positive things I have to say about them. if I could give them 11 out of 10 I would.
Everyone on your team was AMAZING, helpful and was able to give us great guidance on purchasing our first home. The VA appraiser was pretty slow with getting our report in & on time and made the whole “network “ of people involved in this process be put in limbo, to the point of pushing back escrow 2 times. Although this was a minor glitch, everything else went seamlessly.
Billy and his team did a great job. They were always very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We were at ease throughout the process because of their level of knowledge and experience.
This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. We worked with Morgunn during the process and it was most definitely the best first time home buying experience I think anyone could have had. From the moment she got in touch with my wife and I she made everything super easy for us! She was always so friendly to talk to, and went above and beyond to get things done quick! She was able to answer any questions we had and made this, what could have been a long hard process, fast and a piece of cake! I know you always hear about bad experiences, but you best believe my wife and I will be talking very highly about this!

Seth and the rest of his team knocked it out of the park. I was previously with a different lender, but decided to call in the big guns over at Veterans United when my original lender couldn’t get it done. I’m sure glad I did! This was a difficult deal and Seth and his team closed it on time and with grace. Thank you to the entire staff at Veterans United for taking such great care of me!
