Lindsey was an all star for sure and we felt your company is in great hands with this young lady. We are in our 50's and know first hand on hard it is to get great service now days. If I knew of anyone looking for a home loan we would recommend her then that person would recommend her and so on. Amazing how one phone call to your company changed our lives for the better. THANK YOU, Lindsey.

Looking forward to future home buying issues with this company

If i ever buy another home i am definitly going thru veterans united, they are so organized and professional

Thought buying my first home was going to be a nightmare, especially being oversees and the time difference. Once I got onboard with my team at Veterans United, that all changed. My team, worked with me night & day until I finally closed on my wife, and I dream house.
My team at veterans United, performed above and beyond to make sure I was on track every step of the way. My hat is off for the "OUTSTANDING" job they all did to make this happen.
Again, Thanks for everything
The Labdon Family

I would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who asked. They kept their word and stuck with me from start to finish, just as they said they would!! Thank you for making the move so much less stressful.

The team as a whole did an amazing job. After looking for a home the past few years I had given up. But, I decided to try one more time and in trying again I came across Veterans United. They helped me learn an understand the process of buying a home and what went into buying a home. Smoothest process ever and within a little over a month, we got our home. I’m truly thankful.

Everyone was absolutely amazing. I had tons of support and guidance and now I'm in the home I dreamt of. Thanks to all you guys! An we absolutely loved the gift box for the cats they are nuts over the toy balls!

The only complaint I have is understanding exactly what the homebuyer is responsible for as far as down payment I was told 5500 and thought oh that’s $5500 actually $5500 means after negotiating $3000 after the seller and paying $2000 earnest money so $5500 is not accurate. It was more like $10,000. that part I wasn’t so happy about.

I recently closed on my home with the help of Veterans United, and overall, it was a great experience. Aaron was outstanding throughout the process—quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. Drew was equally fantastic, providing clear explanations and walking me through each step of the way. His ability to break down the more complex parts of the process was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to navigating underwriting. While I did encounter some challenges with the underwriting department, as I felt they requested information that didn’t seem necessary or clear, Drew went above and beyond to ensure I understood the reasons behind their inquiries. Thanks to his dedication, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into something much more manageable. Even though underwriting was difficult to work with at times, Drew's guidance made it all worthwhile.I highly recommend Veterans United, especially if you have a team like Aaron and Drew on your side!

She had helped this time with Jake and he was great. I was a little impatient at times, but he stuck with me and took care of me the best way he could.

I would recommend Veterans United to any one! The team of Andrew Beckett was excellent and made my experience very pleasant. This was my first time getting a VA loan and going through the loan process. Everyone was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. They would explain everything to make it understandable and easy. Don't get me wrong I was anxious throughout but at the same time comforted with the team working for me! Thanks Veterans United for getting me to close!

Thank you for everything you've done for me and my family I couldn't have done it any faster any better than what you all have done for me thank you very much from the bottom of my heart I was going to buy another house I would still go through you all
