We loved the on line site to assist with steps and procedures to complete. If you just following the simple directions (To-Do's) all will run smooth and effortless. Some to-do list items were repetitive and had to be submitted a couple of times. Closing days seemed hectic and last minute. Ms. Scott always took my calls and she was very attentive. Hannah carefully explained issues as they arose.
