The inspector used for the process missed many issues with the home. The one that was caught, he charged to come back and inspect. He should not have been permitted to charge for taking care of his mistake. The day of closing I was assisting a contractor with a several plumbing issues including one major one that should have been caught previously.

If anyone wants a easy planned out home loan path that u just follow the dots outlined U have got that down to a T made my whole experience which could be. So crazy in this nutty time we live in right now somewhat pleasant and appreciate that greatly.
The process was more complex and cumbersome than I expected, but Molly, my home loan specialist, was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company with the expectation of going through a very long process that a traditional mortgage would not put you through.
