In 2011, I rated Veterans United as an A-, now I'd rate as a C+. Too many people working on file, miscommunications, a "concierge" trying to sell me products, wrong gender listed on a closing doc, wrong numbers initially sent to underwriter...
This is the fourth home I’ve bought, and my first with VU. Hands down, this was the best experience. My loan team was available and responsive, and very easy to work with.
Great customer service. Even when unable to get ahold of him, I would receive a txt message, voicemail or even email. Faster than the competition.
The help was above and beyond making the whole process so easy.
