Overall our Veterans United Experience was positive!!
One of the best Home Mortage experiences I've had and I've bought many homes over the years. My family and I are doing split family ops for a while and they presented options for VA mortgage that no other organization was able to present or even knew about. Clayton Meldi answered every e-mail and question I had within short order. Equally so for Jason Truit and he was very knowledgeable in presenting the Secondary VA benefit Option that allowed us to use the VA benefit for our second home while my daughter finishes HS at our previous assignment. Shaunece Ballenger was eager to help us setting up utilities at our new home. Many thanks to the team for a job well done.
I didn’t always understand what was needed of us from the underwriters. They weren’t always clear. One item especially about the sell of a boat we had owned. I didn’t understand what they wanted us to tell them about the sell.

I would highly recommend this office and Veterans United in general. If we look to buy another home then this will be my first call.

Veterans United was a very simple process. They made sure they had all the information they need to make the process smooth and painless. They also pair you with a great team that specializes in certain areas (i.e., loan, insurance, accessories for your home, real estate, etc.). Compared to the other lenders I've looked at, they make sure you get the best deal.
We were nervous about buying a house, didn’t think we had everything needed to get approved but Veterans United made the home buying process so easy. They walked us through every step and answered all our questions so fast it was easy to submit all the required documents. I would recommend them to everyone.
Billy Jones was awesome, very accessible, and did exactly what was promised both with my purchase and now my refinance. The whole process was so easy, I actually forgot I was refinancing until they sent me my clear to close! Good stuff!
Should you have questions or concerns just call & talk, they have answers to anything that can or will come up. My entire tram are great & amazing people. The communication was open & they were always available to help us through the entire process from start to finish! They helped us finally have a place to call HOME!!!
