The Veteran's United team was on the ball as professionals however the process was far from being streamlined. It seemed like there was always another document that was required from me that needed attention. There appeared to be too many behind the scene groups that needed additional documents when the closing date approached and as a result we missed three of them. I have no idea why the VA loan requirements are so complicated but compared to a conventional loan they are.

Overall the process wasn't bad just felt overwhelmed towards the end with getting certain documents sent in within a short time frame. Otherwise everything went smoothly
This was a long hard journey and a lot of times we felt like just giving up but Brant kept us with cool heads because he was cool headed the whole time. The whole team tried to make the process as painless as possible for us. Looking forward to working with them in the near future.
