Closing/signing day is a day that everyone should be available for last minute details. Somehow this day seems to have fallen off the radar. Multiple communications was being sent but because of a sickness and vacation and follow up it made the signing of paperwork take up to 5 hours because of having to rewrite paperwork due to wording requirements being enforced by the title company.
Outstanding! Some of the best customer service I have seen. It really feels like your team really cares about making everything as easy as possible. I feared that buying a house for the first time would be very difficult. Veterans United made that process so easy and understanding.
