Please don't recommend this agent to future buyers. We were ready to quit working with them had our home purchase fallen though and had a new agent recommended by a friend lined up to work with in the event that we had this offer declined.
We were happy dealing with VU. Suggestion would be to not just send out to do and sign documents but to give more information as to why. Provide some sort of checklist of what is expected from day one to closing. Show timeline of such.
