I was able to move through the process easily. The team profvidied me with guidance and the design of the fron end was very good. The website provides lots of information and your account is easily managed. The one area where they could improve is in creating an application (app) for easier management through a phone.

I would be remiss if I did not put in a good word for Jared. Horace and Jared spearheaded this process and both of them were absolutely outstanding.
