This was the best home buying experience I’ve ever had. I went in shopping quotes with other lenders and the VU team easily won me over by making the process so painless and actually caring about me instead of only seeing a payday.
The communication between agents was nonexistent. When the agents called me, they had no idea who else i was working with or what stage of the process I was in. The communication between the agents and my wife and I was absolutely terrible.
