We have already referred a relative and would not hesitate to do so in the future.

I did minimal effort. Tyler and team did every thing for me. Both loans went very smoothly.

I highly recommend.

Working with Jaimie and his team has got to be a huge 10!!!

I would do it again and would recommend this exact team the way it is set, I would not add or subtract any member, they are a winning team just they way they are.. Too include Evan Ferguson the Travelers Insurance Agent if you so choose...
Happy Home search everyone
The Aguero's

I would highly recommend veterans United to anyone who’s looking for a VA loan. They were a great bunch of people to work with eager to answer questions and help us out with anything that we had. Thank you again.

I've done 2 loans with Veterans United. One a VA loan which went fantastic and I dealt with very helpful and knowledgeable people. That loan was not sold off. The second was a conventional purchase loan and it did not go as well as the first loan. I had to monitor and ensure my loan was done correctly even though I paid for "professional" people with Veterans United to do the loan. And without informing me upfront that my loan would be sold they immediately sold my loan after closing. You decide.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Michael, We are sorry to hear about your frustrations and understand your apprehension. It is our goal to be there for you every step of the way to explain and demonstrate all changes. We appreciate your calling attention to this aspect and will always be available if you wish to discuss in greater detail.
We do state the servicing of this loan is to be transferred on your initial LE (on page 3 of your LE) and that document is generally received at the very beginning of your loan process. Then it is stated on your Deed of Trust that was signed at closing and notified 15 days prior to the transfer via the Servicing Transfer Statement which is mailed out. We do not know the timeframe behind a transfer and it is possible that we were able to sub service one of your loan products, the other nor any other would have the as a guarantee. We understand there can be questions surrounding a loan transfer to a new company, and we want to emphasize that Veterans United staff are still here to support you with assistance if needed. If you have any concerns, please let us know! Our customer service supervisors can answer questions and concerns regarding a loan servicing transfer at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@veteransunited.com.
Thank you all for helping through this home buying process.

Don and the team were great, adjusted to my work schedule for calls and talked this first time home buyer through each step.
