The use of computers for so much of the buying and selling process was very stressful for us older folks. Steve helped this stress by being very patient in explaining items that we did not understand. He was often away from his desk when we contacted him with a question but he always got back to us ASAP. Our confidence in him certainly helped smooth the process and we appreciated him very much.
I wouldn't want to work with any other lender on a home purchase! It went so smoothly, the communication was A+, the entire proceeding was streamlined and very easy to follow, all while running my own business...my only stress was making sure I had enough boxes for all of my things :)
