During PCS and ETSing, Veterans United showed incredible care and support for me every time. I was blown away by how quick and easy they were able to work with and made the entire process smooth. I loved all of the resources they provided and every staff member was awesome to work with. This was an amazing milestone in my life with transitioning out of the Army, and I feel very blessed and thankful to have had the Veterans United Team supporting me.
The whole team was awesome. Everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable and gave some awesome advice throughout the process. The whole process went very smoothly and I loved the VU app.
Even though the process was little frustrating but my team, patiently bear with me and provided me with all the assistance that I needed. I just want to use this time to also say thanks.
Maybe this is more of the realtor's responsibility, but it would have been nice if someone would have advised us that the seller might leave all their Airbnb furniture and artwork in the house. Then we could have requested for it to be removed instead of allowing them to leave stained and burnt furniture, and weird artwork. I think what happened was the seller decided to leave all their Airbnb junk when we requested a $5000 credit back for maintenance fees. Kind of like "well if I'm giving you a $5000 credit back then you can also deal with all this junk" which I just think was highly unprofessional.
We had a complicated home purchase and the VU team were there for us every step of the way. Shawn is fantastic, he really goes above and beyond, and Maria kept me on track throughout. We have worked with Shawn in the past and he has been a consistent partner for us in every way. Thank you!
