Merrie was the bomb dot com! We will definitely be using her assistance when the next home comes into play. She pushed for our extra “bells and whistles” and made sure we were getting everything that we could within our rights. She called us daily, weekly and emailed us with any updates if needed. We would recommend her x 10. Definitely keep her on the team and promote her asap !

Everything went great and all questions were answered right up until the closing. Albert and his crew did an amazing job and made everything so much easier for my first home buying experience. But Whoever decided that it’s okay to have everyone leave the office for approving loans when we were trying to close on a Friday because they want to get a leg up on the holiday weekend dropped the ball. Had to wait an extra hour of uncertainty with closing on the house and knowing I had movers, internet and security scheduled was extremely frustrating! Bless the heart of whoever answered the email and did their job and saved the deal.
