There was a disconnect between what we were told would go through underwriting and what not when it regarded lack of appliances. This could have caused a delay in the process, but fortunately the appraiser was able to adjust.
I would recommend Matt to everyone to do their loans, he was great.
While our situation was different than most, we were hoping to have a wonderful first buying experience, and this was honestly a nightmare. We hope to use Veteran’s United in the future when we build our house if we start to have a better experience than this.

At 50 years old I decided it was time to try to buy a house. I knew as a veteran I could get a VA loan to purchase it.
