For a national company, this one gives you the opinion that they are your local bank. Everything was handled professionally and as effortlessly as one could expect for a home loan. The internet process was easy and through. Questions were quickly responded to. I was definitely impressed that everything was able to be done online, with only the notary coming to my house to sign final documents. I would definitely recommend them.
