I highly recommend Veterans United! If you are willing to listen and learn from your Loan Specialist, and work on improving your Credit Score if low, you will get the Home Loan.Although not a reflection on Veterans United as the following is with all "VA Zero Down" Home Loans, you will need about 5 or 6 thousand dollars for things such as first year Insurance, Inspections, Appraisal and other cost.
Over all working with the VA was a great experience! We love our new home and appreciate everyone that was apart of our team!
They set me up with a realtor quickly and got me through the process in a good amount of time, and resolved any issue quickly and efficiently.

Our experience was amazing and a lot less stressful than we expected. We have family that went through another company a few months before us, their experience seemed very stressful and there were a lot of things they were told about last minute. We were for sure expecting a similar experience. However, those times never came. We had constant communication with our team whether it was us asking questions or them reaching out to us just to keep us updated. There were many times where the team from Veterans United would give us information hours to days before our realtor would. The built in to-do list was an extremely helpful tool. It kept me on track from start to finish. The videos provided were also extremely helpful in preparation for each stage of the process. The concierge team made the insurance and utilities set up a breeze. They provided contact information for all the companies servicing my area so I didn’t have to waste time looking up different options and information on my own.
