I love the checklist online and the online documentation. It affords one plenty of time to read and examine the information completely. Home purchase is a big expense and commitment and transparency in the documents and process is important.

VA funding fee was higher than I expected, but it is what it is. Initial closing estimate was about a grand too low. But the VU team was super professional and efficient. It really could not have been any easier! Thank you!
