I would not work with Veterans United Home Loans again. The loan team was delayed on responses and seemed inconvenienced by having to answer questions I had regarding my loan. Our closing date got pushed out a week the day before the original closing because no one had disclosed that the VA appraisal hadn't been completed. This was not my first home buying experience, but it was definitely the worst and most stressful. The "complimentary" cutting board I received once we moved in did nothing to undo the lack of care and competence I received during the process. The only silver lining were my realtors they assigned me, both for selling and purchasing our homes, they were wonderful, and the only allies I seemed to have. I would have been lost without them.

I would definitely recommend Veterans United! Jerry Landrey and his team provided outstanding support throughout this whole process. They were very easy to reach and answered all my questions thoroughly. They gave me an expected time frame and it was right on the money! Although the process of working with Governement rules and regulations can be a little tedious at times, it was a relatively smooth process and very timely. Thanks to Veterans United, we were able to get value out of our home to pay for new siding, roof and patio. All this for a lower interest rate and payment!
