Aside from being completely satisfied and a huge fan of Melissa and her Team, I did notice that my auto-payment for my old loan still was processed. I assume that was something that I should have stopped through my online banking app but I didn't. Not a big deal - I am sure that the feb payment will be returned to me. I would highly recommend Veteran's United to others in the future - especially if they get to work with Melissa, Rachel, and Torie.
