They were very detailed in the To-Do's which made it very easy for me to send them anything that was needed.
Closing was smooth and easy as well and I really like the fact that they sent someone to my home to do the closing.

The whole team is great, they’re nice and compassionate and made the process easy. The only additional suggestion I would have is to make contact via email or call at least once a week. When I bought my first house the loan officer called or emailed every week to remind me not to make any big purchases and to just give me a quick update on everything.
The Veterans United team was extremely helpful, always answering any questions I had. They made the whole process very low stress and simple.
