Of course I would recommend Veterans United! As the buyer, I can say that time was of the essence. The contract was signed just before Thanksgiving, and the seller wanted to close prior to January 1st. We didn't give Veterans United much time to perform its due diligence. However, Veterans United came through and we signed the closing documents early on December 23rd. The "To Do List" was very helpful, and getting documents signed via the Internet was a game changer. The entire process was very streamlined. Thank you kindly. My wife is extremely happy.
