The loan team went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan. Working until midnight the day before closing to get everything in order, because bad weather in North Carolina slowed the process down. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give that team a 15.
I had to do very little work for my first home buying experience. My only real task was finding a house I wanted and once I did that, Veterans United took over and provided easy to understand instructions. Everything was scheduled and mapped out for me in an easy-to-use website and if I missed something they would call me to ensure I did not get behind. I will be using them again in the future.
