Being a senior citizens, buying our very first home, was a scarey thought. We knew nothing about the process and we needed to do it long-distance with folks we could trust. I had done a little online research and found that Veterans United was one of the highest ranked companies serving retired military. So, we turned to them when we began shopping homes that were for available. From the beginning stages of setting up an online account with them, straight through to our Closing, they have been right by our sides. The entire team were friendly, helpful, patient and caring. There were times we were apprehensive about a step in the process, and they were always more than happy to explain what was going on and what to expect at that stage. We had very little stress, because they never left us feeling as if we were being kept in the dark about anything. I really don't expect to be changing houses at our age, but if we were younger, I definately would enlist the VU Dream Team every time we were buying a new home!

While changing contracts from on state to another can be common, it could cause delays and reassignments in licensed loan officers for those areas.
