Not impressed - no attention to detail and will treat you like a liar if there's any discrepancies (typos, etc.) vs just addressing them directly with you. Would recommend a different company! Will not be using again.

ashley and john did a swell job to bring my refi to a swift and clean close right down to getting the notary in a short time. i was recommended to use veterans united to purchase my house. the first go about went very poorly with no one reaching out after i requested. upon giving them a second shot, with my now refi, john and his team made sure this time was done right. they have earned the opportunity to be the first to service my mortgage needs in the future
