Though this is my first home purchase, I could not imagine working with another company. The team I had was outstanding and they truly do care about their potential home buyers. A year ago I did not think I would ever be able to purchase a home and now I am closed on a home that I never would have imagined I would live in. A dream come true for sure!
A small hiccup at the end, but otherwise, very easy to work with, and altogether a great lender. I purchased three homes, and this was the seamless yet in terms of getting the correct documents to the lender. The small hiccup at the end was immaterial to the timeline and was the fault of a 3rd party beyond the lender's control.
Aaron and Mallory were amazing! Answered all of my questions and were always on top of everything. The online portal is also great, and easy to use. This loan process was a breeze thanks to them, 100% recommend Veterans United.

I have used VU for my original home loan and again on my refinance. Both times they extremely easy to work with and had offered up some great rates to with their extraordinary service!
I hope to never need another finance item in my life 😂-but if I ever did- it would only be with Mason and Aidan team at Veterans United. I work in high stress environments every day, but it is NOTHING compared to what they do! I can only imagine the “lovely” attitudes they have encountered. They handled my panic texts, emails and phone calls so graciously! I greatly appreciated all of the reassurance in this process! I never would have imagined a pre qual to happen in 2 hours, nor that we would close in 26 days!!! That is all due to the diligence in their team!
