The personalization from veterans United was surprising and very thoughtful. I don’t know who coordinates that but we were sent bath toys for our daughter. It was very thoughtful to get a very specific gift. Other than that the entire process was very convenient with doing everything online. I have really nothing bad to say about our experience.
I can't believe Tim found us such a great place! My criteria was two spaces were I could work on my hobbies, closer to work (if possible), not in a horrible area and a decent kitchen. My partner needed a two car garage. Our budget was 150,000. I know it is a seller market. The agent was able to find us a two story craftsman with a 3 car detached garage with a small attached garage for my motorcycle that is only 15 minutes from our jobs. I was only looking for a place to live so I wouldn't have to worry about my dog and cat not not being allow places if our landlord sold the house were were living in. Tim actually found us our dream home!
