It was a great experience.
The homeowner took the original toilet out of the house after we signed the contract. The original was a bidet toilet, but he replaced it with a cheaper, normal one. Our real estate agent had someone do the repairs that were needed with no out of pocket costs. However, this shouldn't have happened at all. He denies it, but if you look at the Zillow listing, compared to now, the toilet is very different. That was the only issue.
I can’t thank this group of individuals enough for all that they have done for me throughout this process! Everyone was wonderful from the beginning to signing day! Without them this would not have possible! I would like to thank all that were involved helping me! Thank-You very much
