Both teams made it an easy process, explaining everything if questions were presented. Being able to contact the team at any reasonable time and get a response on the any updates or progress was very reassuring throughout this experience.

Everything went well just one small hiccup between my loan officer not knowing about a detail stated from when I first made an offer on my current home.Other than that everything was perfect !
