I would recommend Veterans United and Samantha's team to any of the men I lead in the Marine Corps, in fact I'm working on helping some of my junior Marines in the home buying process already and I know some much more and can help them because of how terrific my experience was. I couldn't have asked for a better team. They went above and beyond and even sent us personal gifts for my children that didn't make it seem like I was buying a home at all. The Veteran's United team made this process seamless for us. I recommend any veteran looking to purchase a home to do so through Veteran's United. Communication definelty needs improvement. One min they are in top of things, then you hear nothing for days. The underwriting process was a nightmare, I never want to buy another house again if that's what I have to go through every time. If it wasn't for Brittany and Rachel, I wouldn't be in my new home, but she did give me a scare and almost lost all of it, but she was smart and went Above and beyond to get me in my new home!! Overall very happy,just NY is so tough especially with the lawyers
