The coordination and communication from the VU team is fantastic. Kyle Black, was phenomenal - he ensured responsive communication and thorough explanations to questions.

Buying the house was better than Buying a new car. There's always gonna be hiccups to any process. There wasn't any landmines though and patience was key! The team did Great!!



I started my loan process with Navy Federal since I already bank with them. However, seemed I could never get a call back immediately when I had questions. Then I tried Veterans United midstream, simply put, Daniel understands our language and veteran culture. He was proactive, spoke with clarity and most importantly made the process efficient with immediate text messages to questions or phone call. The rest of the Veterans United team was an added bonus.
