Previous two experiences with VU was fantastic no complaints. However this time around was less than ideal. Some of my complaints are tiny attention to detail things, sending the personalized package to the previous home that the team knew had been sold, to the more important failing to reschedule the VA inspection and a surprise $2,000 add to my closing fees the day before closing. Overall I will consider other VA home loan lenders next purchase.
The great thing about VU is the trust I had in them with helping me every step of the way from the start until closing day. They made sure to answer and explain beyond information asked / requested . I had such a smooth process to my belief during my home buying experience. The amount of importance and diligence you put into the process, is the same amount they put in with you. Im grateful for my first VU home buying experience.
