I also really appreciated having the opportunity to speak with Sheldon, Heidi and Lindsay. Every interaction I had with a member of the team left me feeling confident and reassured in the loan process. A special shout out to Sheldon, as he was the first person on the team that I spoke with. He worked with me in getting my initial pre-approval and again when I asked for an increase in the pre-approval amount. Sheldon was personable and conversational. Lindsay was super upbeat and a joy to talk to. I felt that she was genuinely excited for me, especially when we got the clear to close. Heidi was very genuine and provided me with a list of other things to consider outside of the loan approval process that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise.
I highly recommend this company I am a widow of a veteran and this was a difficult procedure and they made it much much easier very nice very professional I would highly recommend them Collin and Courtney both were exceptional to work with
I'am 72...an aged veteran of the Vietnam war. Needless to say not a popular war if there is such a thing. My point being we vets were not always respected....that hss changed. at least with Veterans United. Professional people who are gracious, patient, and more than willing to work with you. They did with my wife and myself. For that we are grateful.
Veterans United Home Loans are not VA affiliated, but they work with the VA loan system, understand it well and keep up to date with their regulations. They knew everything that needed to be done and how to do it so my loan went through easily.Thanks
