Veterans United made it easy to buy our home. Our whole team was great! They were so very helpful and made sure we understood the process. Everyone was efficient and made sure to keep in touch with us throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!
Great overall experience and I will highly recommend.
If you haven't use Veterans United, I highly recommend these people. They cover all the bases with you even down to helping up find movers for your home items. I was very lucky to find them, and extremely happy with the home that I got. "Drive-On!" to Veterans United.
Danny and the rest of the Veteran's United Home Loan crew were exceptional. Danny was open, honest, and made certain we understood the payment plan. The support staff were cheerful, friendly and made you feel like you were a part of them.

Made a difficult process easier with professional and friendly manner
There is ONE area I thought needed improvement in order for Veteran's United to completely own this market: closing cost assistance. HUD has grant programs that award forgiveable loans to homebuyers and the payments are forgiven every month until the buyer has lived at the home for four or five years. That is the best closing cost assistance that a person, veteran or not, can get. While VU has many incentives that help veteran's achieve the dream of homeownership, the goal is to, in my opinion, give the veteran EVERY incentive. I think thats something that loan teams should educate themselves on so they can properly refer veterans to the best resources to help them. Other than that I loved the experience with VU and will definitely recommend to fellow veterans.
