We were also educated and got informed about everything going on so it felt like we were apart of it all, not just signing paperwork. Veterans United is a complete home loan service, as far as my experience goes it was a one stop loan process. After doing a great job for me, they gave me a new flag holder for my house, and a new front door mat with my name on it.Yeah a great loan company!
Not bad customer service and they were able to get me a good rate. I would say if you are a first time home buyer ask a lot of questions to other recent first time home buyers, as the team will assume you know quite a bit, and if you have not already gone to the process there are going to be questions you don't know you should ask. I would think that an experienced team working with the first time home buyer would be more sensitive to that.
