Our loan specialist Joseph was extremely quick to respond after our first inquiry. From there, he was very reassuring and accurate with the information regarding our loan such as rates and time lines. I would highly recommend Veterans United as they are much more efficient and responsive compared to what we’ve experienced elsewhere.
Again, the final steps were extremely stressful and frustrating dealing with the last person to handle our loan. Otherwise, we were happy.
