From initial offer to close it was 20 days in total which is unbelievable. The process was extremely smooth from start to finish. The team at Veteran's United is extremely talented, professional, genuine, competent, and forward thinking. The application process was easy and fast. We had an answer the same day we applied for a pre-approval. The "myVeterans United" secure web page was a great tool for getting paperwork signed and submitted electronically which could be done from anywhere. If we had any questions about anything they answered the phones every time. There was no waiting around for a reply.
But honestly, there was not a lot of questions because they laid out everything in an extremely clear and concise manner which made the process enjoyable. They are capable of adapting to, and understanding, unique circumstances and will work with your best interest in mind.
