It would be a 10 for Jeff, but his assistant/co-worker Christie I felt was a bit rude to a co-worker of mine when my co-worker kept messing up the proof of employment paperwork. I get how it could've been frustrating, but it's important to treat people with respect. You don't know what they could be going through and everyone should equip some scissors to be able to cut everyone else some slack. That's usually true regarding any scenario I've found. But, water under the bridge.
Once i got serious on a house they were very fast to get everything done.
If you are a Veteran and looking for a home this is the way to go. There is alot of paperwork but they are always there to be of service to you. We would not have been able to get into a home if it wasn't for Veterans United. They care deeply about their Veterans. We recommend them highly.
Great experience even with hiccups from the sellers end. Very happy with the outcome.

I would recommend Veterans. They are knowledgeable and care very much for the military and veterans.
