In the past I have tried to use my VA Home Loan and was forced to go with higher conventional loans, due to perceived or actual administrative overwhelming requirements to gather with limited time. This is my first VA Loan and 6th property purchase. The experience was manageable with a step by step simplified process.RECOMMEND!!!
We had a small hiccup with Vet United Insurance, but at the end it all worked out.
Veterans United is all about helping the veteran in getting a home. If you are not familiar with the home buying process, then this company, especially Kris Carmichael and his team, are the way to go. They will stay with you and guide you through a ton of paperwork, but will make it seem like nothing. A very professional team!!

VU is dedicated to walking you through the process of buying a house. It can be daunting. They keep up to date with the current laws and underwriting requirements. I have used them a few times and I will continue doing so. They are, in my opinion, extended family.
