After a regular refinance, 10 months of mortgage payments, and a cash out refinance, I can't think of a single negative thing to say about them. I can only give them my highest recommendation. The biggest shortfall is one I could not influence directly. The real estate agent for the builder failed on many levels. He showed no sense of urgency to help complete this transaction in a timely manner
