She provided a list of utility companies I would need to get started, and she even let me know about a pizza place close by for my moving-in day!!! I’ve never worked with a concierge before, but I couldn’t have done it without her!!! Thank uou Sonia!!! Also, I would like to mention Blake Thompson! He was like the Captain of this ship, making sure the closing team stayed on task. Even though I bought my home during the holidays, Blake would email the closing team and ensure that they kept to the timelines set in the agreements. I felt like I had my own atty working for me.
