I am fortunate to have worked with Durell Cope on two consecutive VA mortgage loans that each presented unique challenges. My initial Veterans United VA mortgage loan occurred while going through a divorce in California, while looking for a home in Arizona. The second VA mortgage loan involved providing seller info for my Arizona home to be sold, in combination with completing a VA loan towards the purchase of a new home.
