11 of 10! Exceptional Service! Veterans United is a truly phenomenal service! Buying a home is an extremely stressful and complicated process. VU makes the process as easy as possible, through very reliable and timely communication, with user-friendly text messaging services, mobile app, and online services. I've used other highly reputable leaders in the past, including veterans services like USAA, but Ventern United far exceeded the standard and blew away any competition. The leader team I had was exceptional and made the whole experience wonderful. I felt like I was talking with two friends who had my best interest in mind. I will never even consider another lender and would strongly encourage anyone to consider Veterans United for their home purchase.
I've worked with United Vets with two mortgages and which one was made easy and quick. The last mortgage closed one week early because of the quick processing.

No matter the Branch or Unit you served in you are treated like the ONLY Customer in their work portfolio. Using a conventional lender would be a big mistake! This is from someone who has traveled that OTHER route and regretted it, not once but twice! And you thought Nuclear Sailors were smarter than the average swabbie?

Veterans United totally worked for veteran and only the veteran!! This VA loan was so easy because of the great people I worked with and I'm now moving into the home of my dreams!! The only improvement I could see with Veterans United services is if they could do the actual move for me...Lol
