Would be nice to have a percentage or step monitor or dashboard on the loan process. Along with a countdown clock to signing day. Would provide the customer with a better visual on the loan process. Would get the customer more excited and informed on the loan process.

This is my second time using VU, and they have been the easiest to work with both times. Very responsive to any questions that I had and seemed to be the most educated on VA loans that I have dealt with. Rates and costs were very fair, and upfront. If the need ever comes around, I will be using them again!

Mike, and Katie were absolutely amazing in this process!! This was the first house my wife and I have ever bought, and I want them as my loan officer/coordinator if I have to ever buy another house!
