Honestly, thank you for making this process as easy on me as possible. it was nice to see loan documents as they became relevant instead of all at once, and for having a knowledgeable team available to help me with this process. I am outstandingly busy with work most of the time and was able to work on things as time allowed while traveling to a few different places for work.There have been some unexpected things with the house that I really hoped would have been caught with the inspection, and not something I would have seen until renovations were underway, as I'm pretty sure it's not okay to pull back baseboards and carpet while looking at a house you intend to buy. There are pretty decent cracks in the foundation in most of the bedrooms and I had to hire a mold mitigation company as it appears there was an undisclosed massive water leak at one point, which caused severe water damage and mold along the entire front face of the building (not just light surface stuff, but eating the drywall behind the baseboard molding).I unfortunately discovered this while getting ready to paint and do flooring. Par for the course I guess, now I know how the house is built and where the water and electrical lines are, and I'm about to get wicked good at drywall, mudding, taping, and texture.I really really really wish that problem would have been caught while inspections were underway, it would have possibly swayed my decision against that house, or been able to come in very heavy-handed at a lower offer.However, it is what it is, construction is under way, the house and property are exactly what I was looking for (wanted something I could remodel and improve upon) and VU and the team made the process very easy and streamlined. Thanks for everything.

This is my third time using Jason and in the future we will not work with him. He made the assumption that we knew more about the loan process than we did and did not take the time to give us our options. In addition at closing there was a conversation where Jason felt “attacked” and lost his temper. It was extremely unprofessional and as a returning customer to veterans united (who is away on stressful deployment spin up) it was an extreme letdown. My spouse represented both of us at closing and the unprofessionalism displayed by Jason that day grateful affected my training as a pilot and I had to cancel a flight to try to help rectify the situation. A happy experience was turned into a very bad one. We are happy the process is over but again will not be a returning customer.

I've bought and sold many homes in my life. None of them compare to Danny and his amazing team. I want to personally thank Dustin Johnson for everything he did during my home buying process. Rotation was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders. Because I’m a veteran. I went to the VA sites to find a realtor. I knew I could trust and I was right. I needed both a buyer and a seller, and they were really on top of things. They kept me informed and updated, although I decided not to sell my condo after I purchased my new home my selling agent was very kind considerate and understanding and I’m looking forward to using him to sell a different property.

Jason and his team were just terrific both times I used veterans United. He makes everything fast, easy, and enjoyable.
