Stephen and his team provided an outstanding home buying experience. This whole process can be overwhelming at times, but they were gracious and helpful every step of the way. The myvu portal provided a streamlined and organized access point for everything involved with the loan process. With a document database and personalized objectives, I had everything I needed in one place including information for setting up utilities and movers.
Kyle’s team was beyond outstanding, they made what could have been a nightmarish process a smooth and fast process. They helped us with finding a home and educating me on what I needed in finding our right home! I recommend them to anyone looking for their home!
I couldn’t say enough good things about my Veterans United team! They made my first home buying process extremely easy. Answered every question I had and got me to closing fast. I am more than pleased.
It was a pleasure to work with y'all! It was nice having everything all tied together on one page. Moving is stressful enough but having everything conveniently in one location made it a little less stressful.
Veterans United is likely a great option for someone living on the East coast; not so much for someone living on the West coast who can't receive calls during work hours. No one on the loan team is available to speak with after-hours or Sundays, so majority of communication was delayed and by email mostly. It wasn't a great fit for us.

I'm an old-timer very private, what do you care who is doing what with my house? My realtor and Jordon set me straight. So I made one mistake, and after that 100% positive teamwork.
This whole process was easy and stress free. I always felt like I was in good hands and didn’t have to worry about anything. I was supported throughout the whole process And any time I had a concern, I knew I could just call or text and get an answer quickly even on the weekend I wanted to put the offer in on my house.
THe VU team really helped my husband and I get through a major move after 36 years in one place. We didn't always understand exactly what to do and they patiently explained it, sometimes more than once. We always felt they were working with and for us, a comforting feeling for seniors who didn't know what exactly what they were doing. I really appreciated their attitude and gracious reminders. I think they could make a difference in anyone's move but am especially appreciative of how they treat and work with veterans who have to do this move thing so often. Thanks, team !
