After dealing with a big name bank, we wanted to refi with a lender that understood VA loans and veterans. Veterans United was always well recommended, and now we know why! Our first refi went very smoothly, and we were very pleased. Then, our rep Tim contacted me out of the blue saying we were eligible for a rapid refi so we could get in on an even lower rate! This procedure was even easier for us, and after just 6 weeks we are closing on our new refi.
