I did a lot of research on mortgage lenders before I began my refi project. Everywhere I turned, every search I did, every review I read, all listed Veterans United as #1. The representatives are consummate professionals who take a genuine interest in helping their clients. Their website is secure and easy to navigate. They provide routine updates on progress so you’re never left in the dark. Any documents to be reviewed or signed are front and center on the “To-Do List” page. The entire process was fast and easy - from initial contact to final closing and settlement was just over 6 weeks, despite the fact that there were three holidays in that period.The English language does not contain enough superlatives to adequately express my heartfelt endorsement of Veterans United.
