I had other loan officers with other banks and
None provided this kind of service and attentiveness.
I had the best home buying experience with Veterans United. If you are a veteran that is looking to get pre-approval for a home loan. Please reach out to Veterans United you won't be disappointed. This is my third house and I wish I had knew about Veterans United when I bought my first two.
Well, I was closed in about 45 days after my initial inquiry. I sent an inquiry, not thinking I’d have my dream home in a little over a month. Veterans United rocked this home loan
It was a pleasure working with the team recommend any veteran to apply with veterans united.
I would recommend that VU be your first option when looking to buy a home. I tried three other lenders before Veterans United. One was a big national brand which was great for insurance, but not so much for home loans. The other two were local lenders and they just lacked the experience and knowledge of how VA loans work. VU is by far the best option! I’m a home owner!!!

I have heard so many people tell us what a nightmare buying a home can be and after our experience, think they all just had really bad luck! I was so intimidated by the process but our team made it feel like a walk in the park. Thank you Hanna, Eli, Kristin, Katie and Nena!!
My application for a VA loan was on a home in the early stages of construction. Veterans should not apply for a VA loan on new construction until within 30 days of a confirmed closing date by the builder. Approval of a mortgage loan is contingent upon the lender having an Appraisal completed on the property and this cannot be accomplished until construction is complete on the property. Also, the buyer of the property must sign that he/she has reviewed the Appraisal within three days of closing. So, veterans buying new construction should not begin the mortgage loan process too early.
