The 2nd one was a very well known and award winning lender, but I had some issues with some of the staff early on and then I saw the ad about VU and knew from the start it was going to be a great experience, which it was. Thank you!
We love VU and have recommended you many times, however out of our 3 loans (in the last 3 years) with the company, this was probably our least favorite experience. I look forward to seeing improvements when we work with you again.

It was a great experience working with Veterans United especially with the COVID issues that had to be negotiated. However even with that they were prompt and professional throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them.

It seems as if this company was so eager to push the loan through that what had been discussed initially was completely ignored. Do not tell people what you can do for them and then blow it off!

Be aware of your Realtor. If you notice something that doesn't feel right, RUN! Report that to your Loan Officer ASAP!
This is my second time purchasing a home, but the experience was much smoother with the Veterans Unite Team. Each department made sure I had everything I needed prior to closing. I strongly recommend them to any veteran searching for a VA Home Loan Lender.
