I shopped around with other lenders but ultimately decided on Veterans United because their interface was the easiest to use and the loan specialist had excellent customer service. My experience was excellent and I would recommend to anyone shopping for a VA loan to use Veterans United.
The only struggle was with accuracy in paperwork and working with the loan coordinator. The responsiveness was subpar on his end.
