I felt communication was very bad at the end up the information gathering process. There were lots of neccessary documents that were needed and once procured needed revision or to be sent in a certain way costing time. Also steps in the process were not communicated properly. For example having to go throught Equifax for an expired debt should have been made clear in the beginning. When physical labor or phone calls could have handled and issue quickly it should have been done instead of relying on emails and faxes. This brought major stress to all parties. Please try to communicate these things better in the future.
