For the future you guys need to be way faster when it comes to certain documents and letting people know about them so they're not scheduling things that get in the way ahead of time. Also I think you guys need a better telephone system that is a lot less annoying. This is the second time I've used Veterans United and this will be the last time I ever them for a loan the process literally made me want to pull my hair out.

After a regular refinance, 10 months of mortgage payments, and a cash out refinance, I can't think of a single negative thing to say about them. I can only give them my highest recommendation. Highly recommend VU to any veterans past or present.
The biggest shortfall is one I could not influence directly. The real estate agent for the builder failed on many levels. He showed no sense of urgency to help complete this transaction in a timely manner
Please trust in Veterans United they will work hard for your home financing process.
Using USAA last time was a much easier process. I would likely go back to them to finance any future home needs.
