I couldn't be happier! There were not any "Boo Boo's" that I am aware of. Seamless, pain free process that I was fairly intimidated by in the beginning. I would highly recommend anyone interested in home buying to allow Veterans United and this team to take the wheel and make it happen for you!! I am a fairly busy person and I feel they went out of there way to make sure I was getting everything I could out of this life event. We had an extraordinary experience in that we terminated the sale contract on the house we first choice. Tim was supportive of our decision. Luckily we found another home within only a couple of days and Tim and Ryan Deason went right to work to get that second home funded as soon as it was ready to settle. There was some last-minute stuff - there always is - but the process was pretty seamless. And by the way, we want to give a shout out to Natalie Kelly who worked with us on funding the first house. Good job all around!!
