Well, the best thing I can say about Veteran’s United is how fast they got this done for us. The worst thing… there isn’t any. They are exceptional. Everyone on their staff helped at all hours of the day and it really made us feel like they were on standby for us. Very thankful for all their hard work and professionalism.

It was a sheer pleasure working with Jason Bals at Veteran's United!!!! From the start, he was super patient and very well-versed in knowledge. It felt as though he has dealt with numerous situations in the past so the overall tediousness of the home-buying process was extremely smooth. Jason was quick on the draw to answer any questions that I had which put us at ease for time crunches and other obstacles. After several offers were put in on various homes, and the sellers accepted other offers, there was a little downtime from viewing the market. Even during that downtime, he would still check-in. Even if it was just to ask if we had any viewings coming up, his follow-through was beyond SUPERB.
