They have great tools on their website so you can run your own numbers, which is extremely helpful late at night when you're looking at potential homes. They have the best and easy website portal for you to access everything you need and it’s simple to send documents. They often call, email, and text to follow up which is great!!! Most importantly, they are very easy to get ahold of! Communication is key when you’re buying a home! They made this home buying experience smooth and stress free! We won’t be buying another house anytime soon, but when we do, we’re using Veterans United. They are absolutely amazing to work with! Everyone we had a pleasure to deal with was truly great!
