Once put into the hands of Heidi and Desi post debacle, they took it by the horns and guided me with the experience and 'give a damn' I felt confident in. Most of the battle was on my end after a semi- incompetent VA inspection led to contractor scheduling issues and half the shit being within regs.
This isn't by any means an experience to look back on at all and hopefully will not have to go through ever again in life. But the support and guidance by y'all was nothing short of amazing. I know too that the stresses never stop for y'all as you move on to the next case and I respect the hell out of it.
Semi retirement with only the basic life payments looks good on me and Budski the Boston. Thanks and have a blessed day.

I want to thank everyone so much for helping me and my kiddos score a place of our own.

Our team killed it! From scheduling stuff for us, to the constant communication! You guys rocked it! Thank you for getting us in our new home!

Jordan, always communicated with me in a timely manner and can be trusted to provide great service to the home buyer or if refinancing.

Beside the concierge, the entire process lead my Tracy and Donald was smooth, easy and fast. I recommend all Veterans to VA Home Loans. They are for the Veteran.
Thank you all.

My experience with Veterans United has been a Godsend. My realtors were top notch and the entire staff supported me every step of the way. Thank you.

Jeff and Carrie were one heck of a team. Great customer service, kind, and professional. Jeff got us a terrific interest rate and the process went pretty smoothly. Veterans United Home loans is definitely our first choice.

What a great experience. Because of people like Anne Kuster this is our third finance loan through Veterans United. From start to finish and all the education in between, not to mention the accessibility of our loan officer and her team. It just makes for a seamless, straight forward, transparent transaction. I wouldn't go through anyone else.

Poor communication.

That’s all.
