The pace and work to be done is given to you through a Private Portal to guide and communicate where you are in the process and anything you need to get done to keep the process moving. You will have a huge impact on how fast you move to a closing date! DO NOT listen to the Realtor to determine the Closing Date. Your UV team will tell you and you will take it to the bank.
