The appraisal process was a little hectic due to the appraiser going on holiday weekend vice the 2 weeks prior when paid for.

Our loan was processed very quickly and without any interference – they are without a doubt subject matter specialists with VA loans and processes. Amanda kept us tracking with all required documents, she was always available to answer the call (even after hours) providing a detailed explanation as needed throughout the entire process.
