They stayed right on top of things during the whole process of buying and then re-financing my home. There should be an option to rate the other team members, Shan Schaeffer. Another excellent and professional member of the VU staff. I would personally recommend both of these gentleman again and again. Shan's knowledge was exceptional and covered matters very well for Jeff while he was out on personal matters.
