In the future, I would suggest answering questions instead of sharing links and providing videos. The purpose of any specialist is to explain and help the individuals who don’t specialize in those topics and help them understand things. Sharing links and giving textbook answers instead of personalized responses defeats the purpose of asking questions. It could’ve been much worse, but the simple things that should’ve been followed and not missed we and at the end of the process became more of a headache even though it was something small.

Not to mention the professionalism of Tom and every single member of his team I feel very unique every time I communicate with them either by phone or text message. I feel like I knew them for a long time. I think they just love what they doing. They are efficient with a very uncommonly higher level of team spirit. Tom had made his team available for me from day 1. It does not matter how many times I call in a day, they are always there to dedicate their time to respond to my inquiries.
