It had been an extremely long time since I had gone through the mortgage process. The staff at Veterans United walked me through the process from start to finish. They kept me up to date on approaching milestones, answered all questions in a timely manner, and explained everything in very easy to understand terms.
The overall process was completely painless. All employees remained professional and timely. Even when blockades and curveballs arrived; the team remained goal-oriented and adjusted as applicable. Would recommend 100%.

All around I give the whole team 10's I feel if I went through another company it wouldn't have been as pleasant. I can say just keep it up all the way and if I ever need to buy another home I plan to work with you guys again. Thank you so much for helping my dreams come true.

Just that we are unbelievably pleased with how this all went
Veterans United made buying my first home easy. They never pressured me to quickly make a decision and walked me through the whole process step-by-step.
Would we recommend the Veterans United team, without hesitation! This is our fourth time around buying a home and we never experienced such professionals like this team. Thank you team, BMCM(SW) ret. Dwight Everett & Mrs Julie Everett
