Veterans United was the easiest mortgage lender that I have ever dealt with. Always got back in a timely manner for any questions or concerns.
Didn’t speak on the phone to my processor once, but we emailed a couple of times. A few duplicate document requests, but overall good. Our first contract fell through, and they were able to get my new contract done in the same closing time period. I do wish VU could transfer a rate lock as I lost my rate.
VU understand the requirements and the process for veterans to obtain a home loan and to meet the underwriters’ standard. They work quickly to get your loan approved and to enhance your homebuying experience. I’ve used VU more than once and have never had any difficulties.
