Well of course we couldn't pass up the opportunity. Veterans United came through for us again. Same process as the first mortgage except the Title Company came to our home for closing. Travis kept us informed on how our loan was moving along. When we were having issues with the builder dragging their feet, Travis and his team did not hesitate to nudge them along. Travis always encourage us to call, text, or email anytime. They always returned our correspondence ASAP. Travis along with his team and Veterans United treated us more like family than clients.
