The whole experience was great. Any questions I had were answered and everyone was professional. The most important thing was no one gave me the impression that I was being rushed into a sale. Emmett and his team are/were outstanding during the whole process. From when I looked into buying a house over a year ago. Emmett walked me through the steps to improve my credit rating. Friendly calls over the months to check in and see how i was doing. I felt great about choosing him and VU. Everyone he worked with on getting this loan done was amazing.
