Starting with Blake Thompson through the entire process he was knowledgeable and friendly. He always answered any of my concerns and explained everything to me. I never felt like I was lost in a process or unimportant. Next his team Richmond Por helped keep me on point and up to date on my to do list. There are many things to provide in a mortgage process so having that check list is very helpful. Richmond was always available to explain what was needed from me and why the lenders were asking. Then you are assigned your personal concierge, Brianna was mine. She checked on my needs during the entire process and provided me with many helpful links to homeowners insurance, movers help in turning on utilities and other things that need to be done during a move. Through Brianna, I met Tammy Joe Steinbeck, who was very instrumental in getting me a homeowners policy in time for closing. I have purchased several homes and never has the process been this smooth and easy. Thank you to the whole team and the great work you’re doing for veterans and their family. Yes I would highly recommend them to any veteran looking for a home mortgage.

Going into this process I was really intimidated because I didn’t know what it actually was and what the process was going to be like, but my loan officer is Adam and Amanda was so awesome. The helped me every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what everything was and push me to get things done ahead of time and on time and got the process started really quickly.
Adam made sure to stay active and involved while in vacation when I needed help. Amanda was emailing me bright and early to get things done
