I want to give a special shoutout to Zane, Kelsey, and the IT team. This is my third VA loan with Veterans United, all of which have been with Zane. The process was flawless each time, with excellent communication, detailed responses, and competitive offerings. I briefly switched to a different company due to a better rate, but VU and Zane were able to beat the offer. We ran into a closing date issue with the newer federal holiday (Juneteenth) which altered our closing timeline which impacted our HHG delivery. Ryan was super apologetic and gave us some lender credit to cover the closing mishap. Grateful for VU and will continue to work with you all in the future.
