They didnt give up on me and made sure I had everything I needed the entire time. When it came time for the closing the process went smoothly and I was guided the entire time. Eli always answered my questions. Wade when we were in the process of looking at a house he would look at everything in the property to make sure the Va would approve it. For example we went to a house that said it approves Va and the roof was messed up cracks in the cement and he told us it would be a waste of time bc the Va would never approve it. Every time I had a question about something someone with my team would get back to me within a day.
Mason and Ashley were A+ and helped every step of the way. My family and I can’t recommend them enough. This is the second tome I have had Mason Maddox as my loan officer and he always goes above and beyond.
