I liked the to do list. It helped me stay on track. When you and I talked about the SNAF U regarding closing, you said you did something that would help us about $400. At closing , I forgot to ask about it and didn't hear anything said about it. Can you refresh my memory about that. I couldn't even remember enough to tell my husband. I am grateful for what everyone did. I understand how difficult it can be on each of you when you get dumped on by a client. I hope I wasn't terrible. God bless and thanks again.

The entire process with JB Barton and the VU team was excellent. Our title company and Realtor made the same comment to us- that this was the smoothest VA loan transaction they had worked with and praised JB, Melissa’s, and the team. We always felt like we could call or text them at any time with questions and they worked behind the scenes with our realtor to accomplish things we needed in an effective and timely manner. We had an incredible experience.

Very poorly explained the amount of loan after closing costs

That’s the kind of information that should be laid out in plain terms, especially when you’re making such a big financial decision.
