When Jake reached out to me I was already working with another lender, unlike the other lender Jake took the time to simplify the loan process and explain things. At that point on Jake was my guy until the end. Even when things were at the most chaotic and frustrating Jake always pulled through with his team and made it as seamless as he could. To say jake and his team are outstanding would be an understatement!
