Overall, it was a great experience! The smoothest home buying experience we've ever had! Thr only comment would be that many of the extra programs they have are not established in smaller towns. We were unable to truly utilize the preferred realtor incentive and some of the concierge services.

Not only that but she did so promptly, and never made me feel stupid for the questions I asked as a new homebuyer. She was also very helpful and flexible when we discovered we may have to move our closing date back, and we were very grateful for her candor and objective opinions. Cannot recommend Heather and her team enough.
