Very disappointed at the professionalism provided by my loan officer and his team. My phone calls, texts, and emails were obviously ignored and I had to find out information from calling the title company, realtor (sellers and mine), and the builder. Their lack of communication caused over $1000 on lost deposits and my wife unnecessarily taking off work without pay since she was out of days off as a teacher. I clearly, and multiple times told Veterans United the situation and if it needed to change to let me know right then and they instructed me not to worry about it which ultimately cost us more money, led to unnecessary delays, and ruined our opportune moving window during the memorial day weekend.Everything was fine until there was a snag due to a storm that passed through Houston which caused the need for a second appraisal, which was fine, however the complete lack of communication, despite all my efforts, cost us valuable time and money.
